well-designed pet-friendly room, access to grassy knoll, supply of poo bags

The bar fridge noise is distracting during the night!!! The bathroom fan didn’t turn off, making things annoying!!! Squeaky bathroom door needs some attention to avoid disturbing sleep!!!

I had an amazing stay with a large and comfortable room featuring a nice balcony and an exceptional breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. The convenience of parking was a bonus!

Be sure to check the room's light switches upon arrival. ours had a few issues that needed attention.

It was just a fitting option for a short stint in Merritt with best value for money ratio. The breakfast staff were friendly and made our morning brighter. If you check in late, don’t expect a warm welcome from the staff.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The King size bed in my room creaked every time I moved, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the TV only offered pay channels, which was ridiculous for the price I paid. I expected more for my money, especially given the cost of the room for one night.

The stay was fantastic, highlighted by a spacious and super clean room that afforded my family a restful night. We appreciated the variety at breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and warm waffles, which made our mornings a treat. One downside was the noise around the pool area, but the overall comfort of the beds made up for it.

The king room we stayed in was spacious and well-designed for pets. I especially appreciated the private outdoor access that made it easy for our dog. The mountain view from our room offered a picturesque backdrop that enhanced our stay.

Occasionally, there was noise from other guests in the hallway.

the best western plus offered a clean and modern room that was super comfortable. the breakfast spread was generous with tasty options. the staff were helpful and made our stay even better. i really liked the 24-hour fitness center for working out when i wanted to escape the room.

Staying here made it so easy to stroll around and explore the nearby Lions Memorial Park and enjoy the beautiful views at Harmon Lake, both just around 2-3 km away. the staff were friendly and the room was clean and modern, providing a comfortable base for my weekend adventures.
